Join WCStudio at Uptown! as we raise our curtain for another summer of theatre fun and exploration!
Campers, ages 4-18, are given the opportunity to explore the world of theatre through learning practical theatre skills, developing their imagination, and finding their own creative voice - all while making lifelong friends and connections in the process!
Each camp is specifically designed with a certain age and theme in mind and ranges from 1 to 3 weeks in length, all concluding with a show! Camps are led by experienced teaching artists and industry professionals who strive to cultivate encouraging learning environments that inspire students on and off the stage. In order to allow each camper the unique opportunity to hone their skills and let them shine, camps maintain a student teacher ratio of 9 to 1. Give your child the opportunity to thrive and become fearless on and off the stage, under the direction of this award-winning program and passionate teaching artists.

I just wanted to thank you for the fabulous job you did with the kids in "How to Eat Like a Child." My daughter loved the experience!! Nobody that knew her could believe that she did it. She was very shy and hated any type of attention on her. Last year, she started crying in front of class when they asked her to stand up to read a poem. This was so far out of her comfort zone! You really had a way of making her feel comfortable and come out of her shell. I don't know how you did it! Now she just wants to know when she could do it again!
West Chester Studio for the Performing Arts has given our daughter an amazing opportunity to explore her love of singing and acting in a positive environment of encouragement and creativity. Truthfully, I cannot say enough positive things about you and the program and what it has done for and meant to Kristen. They send home a writing folder at the end of each school year, I found one written all about you. The assignment was to write about a person who changed your life. In the best way of course!!! Therese has given our daughter the confidence and platform to explore her love of acting and singing. She has been a positive role model and mentor building our daughter's self esteem and growing her talents.
